Make your own custom batch of wine

A batch of wine will make 24 full size bottles of wine. Our packages include… A Wine Tasting 101 Party, wine, bottles, corks, shrinks and custom labels. We offer three levels of wine-making to fit every budget. We can also bottle your wine in 375ML splits, great for wedding favors!

(From 1 to 4 people are included in the Wine Tasting 101 Party per batch made. There is no limit to the number of people who may attend; however, for more than 4 people, there is an additional charge per person.)

Four easy steps to making your own batch of wine:

Step One – Sample our wine. Call today for an appointment! You and your group will sample a variety of our delicious wines. After sampling, choose your favorite and...

Step Two – Start your batch. The process begins with the finest wine-grape juices from vineyards around the world. Do you like your wine more dry? More oak? Sweeter? We can customize your batch to your taste.

Step Three – Fermentation. Your wine will stay in our fermentation area, under our watchful eyes for 8-10 weeks, until it is ready to be bottled.

Step Four – Come bottle, cork and label your own wine. Your personal custom labels are included at no extra cost. Take your wine home, then allow for aging time to enhance the wine's flavor and balance.

Take your wine home and let it age to perfection in a cool dry place. Wines are ready in about 2 to 8 months depending on the variety. You may want to try a bottle or two along the way and journal the changes as it ages.

Need your batch of wine sooner? Ask about "Adopting" a batch of wine that has already been started for the winery. (Fee applies.)
Or purchase wines from our bottle shop that are aged and
ready to go.
