Make your own custom batch of wine

A batch of wine will make 24 or 28 full size bottles of wine (depending on the type). Our packages include… A Wine Tasting 101 Party, wine, bottles, corks, shrinks and custom labels. We offer three levels of wine-making to fit every budget. We can also bottle your wine in 375ML splits, great for wedding favors!

(From 1 to 4 people are included in the Wine Tasting 101 Party per batch made. There is a nominal charge for additional people.)

Four easy steps to making your own batch of wine:

Step One – Sample our wine. We're always ready to share our wide variety of delicious wines with you and a group of your friends. After sampling, you'll choose your favorite wine for
your batch.

Step Two – Start your batch. You'll be hands-on with starting your wine, it's simple and FUN! Do you like your wine more dry? Sweeter? More oak? We can customize your batch to your taste.

Step Three – Fermentation. We take special care of your wine for 8-10 weeks, handling all the intermediate steps for you from start to finish… But you're always welcome to come in and visit your fermenting wine.

Step Four – Bottling & corking. Come back to bottle, cork and label your own wine, or we'll be happy to do it for you. When you make a batch of wine it comes complete with personal custom labels too (included at no extra cost).

Take your wine home and let it age to perfection in a cool dry place. Wines are ready in about 2 to 8 months depending on the variety. You may want to try a bottle or two along the way and journal the changes as it ages.

Need your batch of wine sooner? Ask about "Adopting" a batch of wine that has already been started for the winery.
Or purchase wines from our bottle shop that are aged and
ready to go.
